    • “ Dudley Farthing died in Logan Co.,KY. His only son was Hamilton.”

      “ Dudley Farthing died in Logan Co., KY. And is buried near the South Bank (about 150 yards) of the Red river on a farm known as the old Townsend farm, a little north of west of Adairsville two or three miles, and six miles north of (east) Keyesburg, KY. The spot is about 100 yards from the spot where General Jackson killed General (sic, he was a Colonel) Dickinson in a duel.”
