• Notes

  She went by several name variations, which included the respelling of her maiden name from "Scarborough" to "Scarboro". I am trying to figure out the census information that shows Willis Akin married to a "Mattie B." I don't know if this was just another incarnation of her name. Will continue to try and figure this out. I checked the 1900 & 1910 Census and both listed her as "Mattie B."
